Mr. Michael Anthony High

I’m Michael Anthony High, founder of this company. I was born in Fort Riley, Kansas, and relocated to New York in the early 1970s. I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Hofstra University in 1992.

My professional background includes serving as a Foreclosure Specialist at Litton Loan Servicing from 2007 to 2012. During that time, I gained in-depth knowledge of the foreclosure process, working closely with cases that involved distressed homeowners and property sales. 

The motivation behind starting this company is deeply personal and purpose-driven. Too often, bad things happen to good people, and when they do, the aftermath can bring confusion, depression, and embarrassment—especially during and after a foreclosure. Many former homeowners are unaware that they may be legally entitled to surplus funds remaining after a completed foreclosure sale.

Our mission is simple: to assist former homeowners in the lawful recovery of surplus funds owed to them. We operate with integrity and transparency—there is no upfront cost to our clients. We are compensated only by receiving a percentage of the funds we successfully recover.

I am also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and I carry the organization’s values of service, leadership, and advocacy into the work we do every day. This company exists to restore dignity, provide clarity, and help people reclaim what is rightfully theirs.
